Eyebrows On Fleek Girl Just Sent the Internet an Invoice on GoFundMe

Peaches Monroee

If you’ve ever used the phrase “eyebrows on fleek,” first of all you’re embarrassing but second, you have Peaches Monroee to thank. If you have no idea what I’m talking about, it all started in June of 2014 with a humble Vine video.

For some bizarre reason, she started a movement. You know you’ve gone viral when some intern over at IHOP hijacks it for a marketing campaign.

Now, as anyone who has ever been Internet famous can tell you, unless you can parlay that into an ad-filled YouTube channel, a book deal, and/or a reality show, you’re probably not making a dime. Memes aren’t like songs, you don’t get residuals for being one. Unless you’re Success Kid’s dad, in which case you can crowdfund a kidney.

Well Kayla Lewis isn’t having any of that. She just put up a GoFundMe campaign to start her own cosmetics line.

She writes:

Hello Everyone,
Some of you may know me as Peaches Monroee but my name is Kayla. I came up with the phrase/word “Eyebrows on Fleek”. Everyone has used the phrase/word but I haven’t received any money behind it or recognition. But for the most I want to start a cosmetic line and hair line; But I don’t have any money to do so. Maybe this can help me with my wishes and dreams. Iam currently enrolled in college. I’m taking up Nursing…but I also want to make sure I getting the recognition and money I deserve. Any amount can help , Thank you!

In less than a day, she’s raised over $3000.

It’s amazing no one is trolling this yet, but give it time.
