Sul Ross State University student Zuzu Verk stopped answering calls and texts on October 12, 2016, a day after a romantic dinner turned argument with her on again off again boyfriend Robert Fabian. Fabian is now in police custody after remains were found earlier this month positively identified as belonging to Zuzu Verk.
You can imagine what her family is going through, or rather, cannot possibly imagine as it is just that horrific and unconscionable. And now the family has fake GoFundMe campaigns to worry about on top of it.
